For all advance bookings, please re-confirm your booking the day before we are due to meet, otherwise I will have to cancel your booking. I can be contacted by email or mobile phone for booking confirmation.
On the day of your booking, please kindly call me from your hotel to confirm your room number and your full name. Please call me on my mobile phone at least 2 hours before your booking is due to start so that I have sufficient time to arrive.
